Tomato, Vidalia, and Blue Cheese Salad

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar, then season to taste.
  2. Toss the tomatoes and onions with the dressing.
  3. Plate, garnish with the blue cheese, and serve chilled.
