Tomato, Vidalia, and Blue Cheese Salad
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/4 t white wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 C grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 C Vidalia onion, diced
- 3 T blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar, then season to taste.
- Toss the tomatoes and onions with the dressing.
- Plate, garnish with the blue cheese, and serve chilled.
